Kali Yoga Starter 1:1 session with Arden at your home or location of choice (forest, beach or private space)

This Session includes:
(Prior to your Session)
- 15 minute FaceTime consultation to determine your goals and create the structure for your initial session
- planning a day and time according to your desires and the astrological timing as advised by Arden

On the Day:
- clearing of your space and your energy field
- complete setup of yoga mat, bolsters, sage, incense and appropriate crystals by Arden
- sacred herbal tea ceremony
- opening meditation and intention setting
- journal writing and prompts
- pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and chanting (optional) each intuitively selected for you and your session

Everything you said resonated so much with what he has done in his past and with what he wanted for my future, especially when you said that there was a red carpet he wanted to walk me down my graduation, red carpet, but he couldn’t, but that’s why he wanted to walk me down my graduation because he knew that he wouldn’t be there for my wedding when I’m older.
